Using Spreadsheets
If you aren't able to connect directly to an HR platform, we are excited to offer the ability to upload your HR data using a spreadsheet!
Log into your account and navigate to 'Integration Setup' from the account menu (top right of the screen). If you have demo data or another integration connected to your account, 'Disconnect'. This will allow you to select 'Spreadsheets' as an option.
You can upload your data in 4 steps:
- Download your data from your HR platform in an .csv or 'xls(x)' spreadsheet format.
- Download the template from Compensation IQ (see the link on the card 'Download template').
- Move your HR data into the columns provided in the template.
- Click Upload and load in your template with your data.
You can do this as often as you like to keep your data uptodate.
