Open Positions
Open Positions helps you to log and track your vacancies. Using the same benchmarking data, you can ensure your open positions are properly priced for the current market. It will also help to keep an eye on your budgets.
Getting started is easy, click on Open Positions in the left navigation, then click 'New' in the top right.
Provide a concise title for the role, then click save. Optional if you want to add additional information like location and expected/ targeted base salary.
Once the role is added, you can now assign the role to a benchmark, just as you do for your actual staff in individuals.
You can change the details of the role, and the benchmark assignment, at any time.
When you're done with the role (perhaps you've filled it, or it is no longer required), select the role and click 'Archive selected'. This will move it out the way of your live roles, and into 'Archived positions' where you can refer to it later.
